With the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), it has never been more important to ensure when entering a property a comprehensive and detailed inventory is completed for the protection of the owner of the property and well as the tenant.
EA Inventories will provide an independent and unbiased comprehensive inventory which will form part of the legal agreement with the tenant and the owner/agent. The inventory will be a detailed list of the properties condition and its contents supplemented by photographs of the entire premises.
The report will become part of a legal binding document which will help protect both parties in the tenancy agreement and resolve any uncertainties which may arise due to the condition of the premises and the fixtures and fittings throughout the tenancy.
