EA Inventories was established by Elizabeth and Richard to meet the deamnd of highly detailed inventories in light of the new TDS regulations. EA Inventories take great pride provding the most detailed and thorough inventories which are fully illustrated with photogrpahs.
EA Inventories has a large amount of experience in the property industry. Liz has over 10 years experience working for some of the most reputable estate agents accross central and West London, as well as being a landlord herself.
Before Richard helped to set up EA Inventories with Liz, he worked in the city buildng and managing a range of start up companies, as well being an experienced landlord.
Due to our own personal experiences in letting property, we aim to provide a legally binding document which will minimise potential disagrements between the tenant and the landlord/agent.
